Project Goal Introduction
The goal of this project was to create a comprehensive website for the Care Group, a cosmetics industry. The website aimed to showcase sub-companies, manage job applications, streamline client inquiries, and prominently feature the company's management team, enhancing their online presence and lead generation.

Client Background
The client, Care Cosmetics, is a leader in the beauty cosmetics industry with over 150 employees. They own and operate multiple sub-companies within the sector.

Challenges
Complex Structure: Accommodating information about multiple sub-companies within a cohesive website design.
Job Application Management: Developing a system to efficiently collect and manage job applications.
Highlighting Management Team: Strategically showcasing the management team's experience and expertise.
Solutions
Interactive Company Directory: A visual element where users can select a sub-company logo to access dedicated pages with further details.
Mega Menu: A drop-down menu that reveals a comprehensive overview of sub-companies, organized by category or service offering.
Integrated Applicant Tracking System (ATS): For high-volume hiring needs, an ATS like Workable or Greenhouse would streamline application sorting, filtering, and communication with candidates.
Custom Form Builder with Secure Storage: Build a robust application form linked to a secure database. Consider email notifications to the relevant HR personnel for each new submission.

Process
Wireframing & Prototyping: Initial wireframes and interactive prototypes were developed to establish layout and user flow, focusing on the sub-company structure and job application process.
Scripting: Meticulous scripting was a key component to deliver unique elements that met the client's specific needs such as management profiles or B2B features.
Development: The MERN stack was implemented to build a robust, user-friendly web application.
Deployment: The website was deployed on a secure cloud platform, ensuring optimal performance and accessibility.

Results
Comprehensive Website: The new website successfully showcased the Care Group's brand identity, sub-companies, and its leadership team, establishing a strong online presence.
Enhanced B2B Opportunities: The website's focus on the company's story and capabilities significantly boosted B2B lead generation, resulting in a 24% increase in sales.
